I came in on Saturday to get my hair coloured for the first time. After I was not 100% happy with the colour. I contacted the salon and Jo the manager rang me back at her earliest convenience. She listened to my concerns and got me booked in as soon as she could to correct it. The salon were amazing, and have got my hair looking exactly the colour I wanted it. The customer service and care for their clients is amazing. I want to thank them for going out of their way to amend the colour. Would definitely recommend.
