Would be great if you used towels when hair is washed, as my clothes get wet, despite the best efforts of the girls trying to ensure this doesn’t happen.

So sorry to hear you got wet at the backwash. Unfortunately this does happen to the odd one or two guests. This is not so much down to the absorbency of the Eco towels we use but down to the basins being one size. We all come in different heights shapes and sizes which means occasionally water trickles over the neck rest if there's the slightest of gaps. We do have new padded neck cushions on the basins for extra comfort since your last visit so hopefully this will reduce the amount of guests experience a damp back . Thank you for highlighting the issue we will look into this again to see how we can prevent it from happening further. Look forward to seeing you in salon again soon. .

Over all a very pleasing experience. The hot drink given was presented on a neat clean tray with prestine tea cup and accessories .The magazine's were new and up to date. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming.

I have always been afraid to cut my hair short, however Lucy has been very persuasive! And I'm so glad I did. I haven't cut my hair as short as it is now in over 10 years, and the style really suits me. And honestly, every time I think about my new hair, it's brought a smile to my face.
