Been going to the salon for 5 years and there has not been once I have not had wonderful service and very personalised timeeven with all the customers they have they still take time to remember what you told them the last time recommend this salon to anyone good service

The only thing I would say is the sink bases are a bit uncomfortable, I think a bit more of a cushion on you neck would be better. That is just my personal opinion. Everything else is fab lovely staff and a joy to visit x

Thank you for your review and rating the salon so high. I'm sorry you found the back wash a bit uncomfortable. We do have neck cushions so I can only assume the reason it was removed for your service was to make sure all the colour was removed from your nape. If you didn't have a colour then I apolagise for the fact that it wasn't replaced from the colour service prior to your non colour service. It should have been then hopefully you would have found it more comfortable. I hope this can be rectified on your next visit. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

My first impressions of Caprio's was a positive start for me. I received a very warm welcome and introduced to Jess. A very lovely lady. I showed her a photo of a hair style and she copied it to a tee. I am extremely impressed and have continued my appointments. Also, on my first visit I was given a welcome pack which I have never experienced before and was totally blown away from this very kind gesture. The coffee you also offer is of a professional studio. Thank you Jess and Caprio's for making this lady so very welcome Teresa xxx
