Over all a very pleasing experience. The hot drink given was presented on a neat clean tray with prestine tea cup and accessories .The magazine's were new and up to date. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming.

Would be great if you used towels when hair is washed, as my clothes get wet, despite the best efforts of the girls trying to ensure this doesn’t happen.

So sorry to hear you got wet at the backwash. Unfortunately this does happen to the odd one or two guests. This is not so much down to the absorbency of the Eco towels we use but down to the basins being one size. We all come in different heights shapes and sizes which means occasionally water trickles over the neck rest if there's the slightest of gaps. We do have new padded neck cushions on the basins for extra comfort since your last visit so hopefully this will reduce the amount of guests experience a damp back . Thank you for highlighting the issue we will look into this again to see how we can prevent it from happening further. Look forward to seeing you in salon again soon. .

It was my first visit to Caprios for many years. I just needed a blow dry, and found Jo very obliging in fitting me in. She advised that I wore a mask and that I should look on the website for information and advice re. Covid precautions. I felt comfortable and safe in the Salon, and Jess, who did my wash and blow dry, was very pleasant and capable. I understand that Jo had rung round all regular customers to let them know when business was recommending and inviting them to book and come back. I am disappointed to say that my previous hairdressers, where I have been a loyal customer for many years, did not contact me in this way. Perhaps it was because I just require a regular blow dry only. However, Caprio’s welcomed me and booked and carried out my wash and blow dry so successfully that I have booked a further appointment.

Love, love CAPRIOS. I have been going there for over 10 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. My stylist always checks that I am happy with my colour and style , if i fancy a change we discuss alternative options. Staff are friendly and you can always guarantee a warm welcome .
