As always, a lovely environment - friendly, relaxing and professional. Treatments feel lovely, advice is suggested when asked for, and shows the knowledge and experience of the staff and there is a genuine care to provide the best treatment. Treatments are a fair price for what is received and the special offers make more frequent appointments possible. The rooms are warm and comfortable and top quality products are used. I've been coming to Jo Jacques since it first opened and I've always been made to feel welcome and have never had a single complaint. I've had waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials, LV eyes, tints, massages and they are all superior to anywhere else I have been to.
