overall environment marked down because of steep steps between 2 levels of salon. as an older client i fear i may not be able to walk up and down to reach shampooing area.

I have been going to Richard Robert to have my hair cut and highlighted for just over a year now ,with Jodie and always have a very enjoyable visit, I love the way Jodie does my hair. Although the salon is busy it is well organised and not at all noisy and appears to run like clockwork. The young apprentice Elouise is always very friendly and brilliant at washing hair. Overall I would highly recommend this salon !

I love the environment at this hairdresser. Jodie is very friendly and professional. I am so happy with her services for over 1 year and a half (before and after Covid). Will recommend the hairdressers in a beat to all of my friends and family. Keep on with the good work.
