Friendly salon - busy, but welcoming. The team are polite and I am very happy with the way Richard cuts my hair!

Eloise was friendly, enthusiastic and professional throughout and made the experience enjoyable as well as providing an excellent haircut and some tips on haircare along the way.

overall environment marked down because of steep steps between 2 levels of salon. as an older client i fear i may not be able to walk up and down to reach shampooing area.
