Hi, Had an appointment for a full head of foils this morning (15th) and I have to admit I left fairly frustrated. The colour is perfect so I cannot fault that at all however I was advised that the cost would be £41 however I was charged over £58 upon departure. I questioned this and was advised this was for a blow dry. I have never been to a salon where getting a blow dry was not included with a colour treatment so I believe this should have been made clear. Also if I'm paying over £15 for a blow dry I would expect better results that I got. When I left my hair was still very wet in places plus the front section of my hair had not been blown dry straight as requested. I still had wavy hair at the front and underneath my out grown fringe. Since I have got home I have also noticed that some of the front of my hair has that bubblegum consistency which is a concern given that indicates real damage. It is such a shame as the staff were all very pleasant and as I said the colour is perfect but the overall experience was disappointing. Thanks Tara Vane
