One thing I hate is to be kept waiting for an appointment when I am always on time, in the case of Dr Swede this has never been an issue Gaynor my stylist is always on time nothing is to difficult very easy to talk too. Always willing to listen to hair concerns. In the 8 months and appointments every three weeks. Gaynor has been excellent in all she has done. You feel cared for. Thank you
