I'm one of those annoying people who normally always hates their hair after it's been cut. I hate it at the length it is so I book in to get it cut and tidied up and then I hate the result...normally. I've never walked out of Dr Swede Chepstow hating my hair or the stylist. Everytime I've been there I get a warm welcome, and the stylist talks to me about what I want to do, if they suggest something and then we talk throughout. The chat isn't mundane that has yes/no answers they talk to you make you feel welcome. I can't think of another hairdressers in the area that I'd recommend to everyone. I like as well that you can book online with a choice of stylists so you pick the price you pay. Then the follow up reminder text to remind you, you've got an appointment.
