My hair was damp upon completion of my appointment because the hairdresser said we ran out of time to blow dry it properly however I was definitely charged for a blow dry. I also had extra money added to my bill which was not explained to me. It was not much but definitely unprofessional to add it on with out explanation.

When I went to pay I was told £25, when I got the receipt it had said £30 which I wasn’t aware of But the girl who did my nails was lovely

Had a cut and blow dry as I was well overdue, the stylist cut off all my dead ends and put some layers in, I told her I wanted a voluminous blow dry and she did exactly that the best blow dry I’ve had without looking too puffy.

My visit today was well needed. As we have been in lock down. I hadn't visit a hair salon in months. I found Pink of London through Instagram and loved their vibe and transformations I saw there. On my visit today, the ladies at the salon were so lovely and welcoming. I had my take away cup of tea. They were extremely professional with PPE and well educated in terms of making the salon clinically clean (no surface cleaners here). My hairdresser consultant was fabulous. She educated me about my hair, to the time to learn about me and my routines and helped me set a good hair regiment routine. She didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what was needed in order to get my hair looking in it's best condition. Honestly not just a beautiful salon aesthetically, but clearly the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into hiring a great staff. I left with a new, more natural hair colour, feeling healthy and clean, and some new products for the upkeep. Thank you xx
