I went into pink of London to brave the big chop after having hair down to my hips since I was a teenager. Nichola and the team were very welcoming and she made me feel so comfortable about my haircut. Nichola gave me really good advice about what length to go for to suit me & what I really liked is that, unlike many hairdressers, she cut to exactly where she said she would so there was no surprises. She was very skilful and knew exactly what she was doing & mixed the right colour for me. The process of the balayage is very technical but Nichola made it look effortless. She has made me feel like a new woman and so beautiful and I adore my new hair & all the compliments I have been getting! I also really loved the music and the atmosphere of the salon which added to my lovely experience. Looking forward to going back for other treatments :)
