I marked down on the value for money because the £5 extra charge for Covid precautions is wearing thin. It's been in place since the last lockdown and although I sympathise with the loss of business earnings you've had by now these extra costs should have been factored in and should be reducing or nil as plenty of time has been available to get round them without passing the cost onto the customers
