Having not been in a shop, let alone a salon,. for 2 years because of the Covid pandemic so I was nervous, however, I was quickly reassured. I wanted a completely new haircut and only had to show a photo and they started cutting off a sizeable amount of hair in length and thickness. I have had my hairdresser, also one of the owners, for over 10 years so I completely trusted her but was still happily surprised when I saw the finished look, exactly as I’d asked. The care that was taken of me by all members of staff during my appointment was fantastic and as someone with additional needs, they ensure the environment is easy for me to move around in and as quiet as possible with my appointment at the end of the day. I was given great advice on how to recreate the look for an upcoming event and also how to train my hair to sit in a central parting after having a side parting for most of my adult life. All in all, I highly recommend Pinks to anyone. Thank you for looking after me so well!
