Hi I was really happy with my experience. I do, however, have one thing that I'd like to mention. I phoned to book the appointment and explained that I had long hair and wanted a re-style to a graduated bob. I asked the price and was quoted £40 with Helen. When I paid for my hair on completion, I was charged £47.00 as I had long hair re-styled into a graduated bob!!!. I was told it would be cheaper next time as not so long. I, of course, paid without mentioning a word, as embarrassed. I am happy with my hair but wish I had been told the real price beforehand as I have a budget and hate surprises. On the whole, I loved my experience and Helen is lovely. Many thanks Nicki
