My hair colour was looking dreadful (more grey hair!), but my wonderful Katie rectified this on my visit. She will always ask me what I want this time and she listens and takes the appropriate action. I am so happy with the outcome, exactly what I wanted! Katie is always professional and gets on with job. Before I became Katie’s client, I could spend up to 3 hours in the salon, but Katie has me done and dusted in well under 2 hours for which I am grateful. I cannot praise Katie enough and I very much look forward to my next visit. Whilst writing I would also like to mention Chloe who I observed doing two clients hair and both looked magnificent when they left the salon. I am so glad she was promoted to Graduate Stylist, and I just know she will really do well for the Pinks brand. Donna is brilliant too. Greeting me with a warm welcome and making sure that refreshments were offered. Thank you xx
