As always a lovely visit. Yesterday being the hottest day of the year so far, I was apprehensive about my appointment, but I need not have worried, as the salon was so cool and comfortable. I was sad to hear Lily was leaving as she is so good at washing hair and does incredible head massages, but I wish her well, and typical of Pinks I know you’ll find someone as equally good. I also had a brief char with your newest recruit, Geoffrey, who was charming, and I was watching him style his client who had the most magnificent hair, and what a great job he did. As for my very own senior stylist, Katie, as ever she is faultless and does my hair so well - she is such an asset to your company. Thank you.
