I didn’t know about the £10 COVID charge until I paid at the end. Happy to pay this today and maybe next time, as clearly there has been a lot of expense. I wouldn’t be happy to pay this indefinitely though. It would also have been nice to be informed about the charge before I arrived. That said, I was very impressed with the measures you have in place and felt it was a safe environment! Well done!!
