Firstly I’d like to start by saying how lovely the salon is and all the staff were so lovely and accommodating to me. But I am really sad to say that I absolutely hate my hair :( I asked for full head highlights and was quoted £111 and I asked to be as blonde as the stylist could get me. The highlights were done- great! She then went on to apply a toner that I didn’t ask for and I was charged £166 at the end, an extortionate amount and I didn’t even have a cut?! I was not told about the toner before it was applied and I now have a muddy green/dark blond colour. I have been having my hair highlighted for 15 years and this is honestly the worst colour I have ever had done. It looks like I have applied a packet dye myself! No lovely blond highlights :( very disappointed, I didn’t want to make a scene in the salon in front of your other customers.

Amazing pamper with amazing results at Zanetta’s. I have waist length dark hair and went in for a balayage up to a creamy blonde with Grace. Amazing service - I needed to delay my appointment slightly got childcare and they were really helpful. When I arrived I had a cup of tea, some water and some chocolates brought straight to my chair. Grace gives amazing advice and knew what she could achieve and how to take care of my hair. I was there for about 5 1/2 hours - my hair looks INSANE, feels beautiful and healthy, j had lots of relaxation - conditioning, head massage, teas, coffee and a fridge full of soft drinks. The best bit of Zanetta’s is the high-end but in the community feel. Everyone knows the salon and the team and people are always in and out. It was a great prep for Christmas. Great value and a beautiful result.

This salon was recommended to me when I moved to oxford. I had been using the same hair dresser for over 10 years until I visited this salon. I had a complete hair transformation and couldn’t be happier with the results, the service at the salon was incredible and the advice I was given to make my decision by friendly staff was great.

I love going to this salon. It's got a really friendly and professional feel to it, and the hairdressers are really good at listening to what you want and then creating a great cut for you. That's been my experience. Thanks, Zaneta and team!
