Loyalty card is an excellent idea. I always see Emma. I find her professional and friendly. Other staff are welcoming and the overall atmosphere is good. I'm not so sure about the open plan layout of the salon.

Emma always knows what I’m like for sparkle and my colours I like for nails Always has brill ideas regards what colours and glitter go well All the staff are lovely and friendly and polite Salon is always neat and tidy and feel safe in these trying times
