I had a gift voucher to use that I had confirmed with the store purchased from would be valid to use at the Valley store. When I got to my appointment my therapist was very rushed, no questions asked about how I would like my brows and I had a brow wax and tint within 10 minutes. I found that the tint was only on for about a minute and I was finished with very little touch up or care taken in the product. When I went to pay with the voucher I was then told that it was not accepted and although I didnt have the money allocated to pay $40 for a very lacking treatment was forced too and given no other choice but to pay from my own account. Now also left with a voucher I wont use as I will never want to go to your stores again from this rushed and unthoughtful experience.

Maybe I didn't know how to explain myself but I was looking for a facial extraction, for my blackheads and some other pimple. And that this treatment had some mask or special care. Generally, extractions are very aggressive and there is nothing like a good post-treatment so that your skin recovers faster. I do not complain about the treatment received. Georgia is amazing. but it wasn't what I was looking for.
