I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed and eyelash extensions. I have only had eyelash extensions once before from another Ella Bache and hated them. They were too long for my liking which irritated my eyes and clumpy in some areas so I was hesitant on getting them done again. I'm glad I tried out Ella Bache Fortitude Valley. Although I had to wait a little bit because they were running behind, I loved my service. They asked me what I wanted and the lady took extra care on my eyelashes to make them look as natural as possible (which is what I wanted). I can barely feel that they are on. Additionally, I have received so many compliments on my eyebrows and how they shape my face.

From the initial call this morning, to the actual treatment this service was impeccable! Amelia was OUTSTANDING!! I had come in with difficult skin, and she had ensured i knew the realistic expectation was that I wouldn’t be walking out with issue resolved but rather that I’d be on my way!! (In saying that, My skin looks AMAZINGLY BETTER) She was friendly, informative and enquired enough to help me get to some root causes of where my home care was going wrong! She showed me the products she recommended and was not pushy at all when I had advised that I had to consult the bank of parents before I came back! Amelia, if you are reading this...you are mint at your job and you definitely deserve a pay rise!! Thank you!!! honestly I cannot recommend this place or Amelia enough!

I woke up with blisters all over my top lip and eyebrows. They also tried to hard sell me products I didn’t want. I was also pressured into buying a mask I didn’t want. Not a really relaxing experience for me so sad as I was really looking forward to it. My lip and brow is still quite painful worst spa experience I’ve had and also most expensive. Won’t be back
