I have been to Eden twice now for highlights, cut and blow dry and both experiences were very pleasant. I was pleased with the end result both times and both stylists I worked with were great, very personable and skilled. What I have a problem with is my first visit I did a full head highlight, plus Olapex treatment, cut and blow dry; the second appointment I had yesterday was for a half head highlights, Oleplex treatment, cut and blow dry. I had a promotion for my first visit so I got a deal on the price, but given my half head highlights for the second visit I wouldn’t expect to pay £60+ more. I asked about this and was told it’s because of the promotion running that month which I understand but then today saw an August promotion for exactly what I had done for £130, which wasn’t offered yesterday when I asked. Just feels like the communication around pricing could be more transparent. I don’t feel like the price I paid for half the highlights compared to the first visit where I paid much less for full highlights was worth it.
