Becks cut my hair quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant. However, the young girl who shampooed me soaked the back of my shirt and when I remarked that I was wet, she responded "Becks will dry it with the hairdryer". Stupidly, I did not mention it to Becky if I am left soaked again, I shall find a different hairdresser. Please check up on your juniors' shampooing ability! I do not like complaining but I was uncomfortable driving home in a wet shirt.

Hi Heather, thank you for your response following your appointment this week. I have shared your lovely words with Becky who will be very pleased. In reference to your wet shirt, pleae accept our sincere apologies that you left feeling uncomfortable, we want clients to leave feeling nothing less than fabulous, so were disappointed to hear this. We have since, had a chat with our Salon Assistants and asked that they ensure all clients are dry when leaving the salon. We can take extra precautions throughout the shampoo procedure i.e additional towels or a waterproof cape. I ahve put a note on your appointment and you will be offered these things next time. Do always feel that you can remind Becky if you feel at all uncomfortable in the future. I have also put a note on your salon for a Complimentary Conditioning Treatment worth £6.50 at your next appointment as a way of further apology.
