Salon was way too hot due to air conditioning failure. Not a nice experience, especially when in a robe, towel on with mesh in! Your staff are a credit to you, always smiling and friendly even through the sweat beads! Please ask your staff to refrain from using their hands as a 'hairbrush'. This is the second time this has occurred and with such thick hair, it was very painful (especially after a blow dry!). Everything else great. Staff fab, very clean establishment and most importantly, thrilled with my hair.

Thank you for your comments and helpful suggestion about 'brushing your hair with our hands', perhaps its something we need to check with our clients before doing. I would suggest that you ask your stylist to refrain from doing so, and they will be more than happy to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. In reference to the temperature you have experienced, it has been particularly hot since our air conditioning unit failed last week, but this is something we are working really hard on getting fixed. Please accept our apologies for any discomfort caused. Just had a great haircut with Becky who has been doing my hair for a few years now just the way I like it. Had lunch with a friend today who said, OO0H that looks smart! She used to do hair for film work! Cannot ask for more than that!
