Haircut was good and I was pleased with it, hairdresser was friendly. Nice environment. However I booked for a haircut costing £22 with Louise. When I got there I couldn't remember the name as I had booked a while before and when they said I was with Lisa I assumed that must be right (I remembered it started with an 'L'). However at the end I was charged for the £30 haircut (less the 20% discount voucher I had - so £24). I thought perhaps I had made the booking wrong or remembered the price incorrectly, so I didn't say anything. After checking when I got home, I saw I had not been wrong. My sister had the same experience on the same day. Although £30 is an OK price, and not hugely higher, I was not happy to be charged that having previously agreed £22. On the whole, a good experience but turned a bit sour by being overcharged at the end.

We have investigated the circumstances of yours and your sisters appointments and found that you did have Senior Stylist Lisa instead of Stylist Louise. It is great to hear that you were happy with your hair and your Eden experience otherwise, your positive comments will be passed to Lisa who will be thrilled.
