On arriving for my appointment no sink was available to wash my hair which was fine as you are always busy so I was asked to take a seat but during the wait I was not offered any refreshment or reading material which is stated in your appointment a sink then came available and the young lady proceeded to wash my hair but she had trouble adjusting the water it was either very hot or cold so I landed up having a cold hair wash on completion I went another chair for my hair cut with Jodie I then mentioned to her that my tee shirt was very wet she then proceeded to dry it with a hair dryer it was only then I was offered refreshment which fit me was a little late in the day after my cut I payed and left still with a very wet tee shirt lucky for me the weather was warm as I don’t have my hair blowed dried after my cut so for me the experience was not the best .
