Vanessa instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt completely understood in a way I have not experienced before in a salon- she had me at “currently your hair doesn’t express your personality the way your glasses do”. I love my quirky funky new hair do- I don’t feel mumsy or my age now. Cannot thank V enough. Initial impression of salon was excellent too when I enquired and booked. Really friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
