I tried Eden Lounge because of the promise of a more personalized experience. That's actually what I got. I see Kate. We went slowly on the changes to my hair to adapt in a way I was comfortable with. Kate spent time talking to me about my hair, she is very patient, she understands that we ladies want to feel great about our hair and it's important to get it right. I don't feel rushed when I am there, I don't feel as if I'm against the clock as I have at other places. Kate remembers things about me as a person, not just what I want for my hair. And I love my hair now, it's what I want not what the hairdresser wants me to have. Thank you Kate for changing the way I feel about going to the hairdressers again.
