I didn’t go into a salon for years after my surgery on my head. Now I look forward to my Eden Lounge visits and I enjoy a beautiful afternoon experience in the Lounge. It starts with lovely welcome by the team, upstairs I enjoy a quieter more relaxing experience with Marty greeting me, giving time for building rapport again, checking in before discussing my treatment for this visit. I’m offered a lovely welcoming drink whilst Marty make preparations and I’m made to feel relaxed and comfortable. My hair treatment begins with great care especially with my previous health issues and given lots of reassurance when needed. During my treatment team members regular check I’m ok, more drinks, friendly banter amongst the team and myself and it’s a fun and happy experience. I’m regularly advised what’s happening, hair washed with great care and regular checks on temperature on my head. Other clients may not need to worry about these things during a visit, however, it’s important for me the whole team work with me, a distraction team member could change this lovely experience. My hair is beautifully cut and hair dried with great care not too hot and products used are important too. Marty and team are great, very attentive putting me at ease to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My self confidence afterwards encourages me to relax, take more self care over the next weeks and I feel uplifted and happy. I’m looking forward to seeing the team again when I return in March. Thank you to you all :-)

I followed my stylist here from another salon. I have been very pleased with the new salon and the friendliness shown to me. I have been made welcome and have enjoyed my visits here.

Jasmine was really helpful with choosing the right colour for my hair highlights & was very reassuring throughout. Making sure I was happy throughout the time I was there & I was very happy with the end result. She gave great follow up advice & im booked one to see her in 6 weeks
