I called ALTA just minutes before they closed on a Sunday afternoon, as I had a very disconnected haircut, that had been badly done at a different salon. It required some extra special attention and this is exactly what I received! Mario answered the phone and was extremely understanding. He offered to see me the very next morning and assured me that I would leave his salon happy. I am indeed VERY happy! All the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Mario took lots of time before my hair was washed, to ensure that he understood exactly how I usually like to style my hair, before proceeding to cut my hair into a beautifully layered, manageable style, followed by the most amazing blow dry! Mario was extremely thorough and his care and attention to detail is incredible. I am so thrilled that I made the call to ALTA, and I am super grateful to Mario for making me feel like 'me' again! It is the best haircut I have had in a very long time. I have re-booked my next appointment too, to have a full head of highlights and another wonderful cut and blow-dry. I can highly recommend ALTA!
