Charmaine is very knowledgeable and she makes every effort to make you comfortable. She provided me with a great consultation as her being her first customer, she wanted to understand my style, what I want and she cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted. What a brilliant service, and also need to mention the nice little massge chair during hair wash was very nice. A very happy customer, will be back soon for colouring
