Charmaine did an absolutely lovely balayage. She was very attentive and took me through every step of the process, gave me advice and made sure I was comfortable. This is the best place to go when you are trying something new and you are unsure. Even though I am not used to my new hair yet, I love the end result. Charmaine did a brilliant job and I will definitely keep going back there. Thank you!

I came in to be serviced by Hannah after receiving an email which stated her introductory rates, I had thought this was a ‘graduate stylist’ rate, was told my Mario there isn’t any graduates at the salon and the introductory rate was not honoured. Despite me confirming I had received the email about the introductory rates. Luckily I could afford the extra cost, but if I hadn’t been able to it would have been very embarrassing

The minute I walked through the i was made to feel welcome , the girls were so nice ,one complimented me on my hair after which was lovely Mario took his time in cutting my hair , I know how hard it is working with the public but it was a lovely experience

I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was. Mario was fantastic and made my hair dreams come true! I’ve wanted a shag cut for years but it has just never come out the way I wanted, UNTIL NOW. I will most definitely be going back. He was teaching me as he went so that I am able to style my hair the way he did. My hair feels healthy and happy and I’ve been loving showing it off.
