I visited the salon on the off chance they could fit me in before a weekend away at a trans event in Manchester. I was desperperate for a cut and style to feel my most femine self and Charmaine was fabulous and accommodating. I was so grateful she could fit me in and she was an absolute delight. She treated me with so much respect even accommodating my own hair products into the experience. I was offered a green tea during my appointment which was lovely and she really understood my needs. She gave me extra volume using her knowledge and techniques and also stayed my hair to frame my face more. She was very complimentary and as a new customer I received a 50% discount. Couldn't have asked for more, overjoyed with my visits here. Would highly recommend to all, especially any trans girls out there.
