Really happy with my hair, it’s always a bit scary trying a new place as you aren’t sure how it will turn out but I was very happy. My hair is even better than I imagined & the whole team were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Charmaine asked me questions throughout to check I was happy and find out what I wanted, but also offered lots of advice when I wasn’t sure! Definitely will be going back.

Only been open 2 weeks and they had an introductory offer of 50% off for first 2 weeks. There are only 2 stylists at the moment and they are both salon directors so this was reflected in the cost. That said my overall experience was pretty good. The receptionist is very friendly as were the salon directors, Rob who did my hair was very good and certainly took his time, I was there for about an hour and three quarters for a cut and blow dry. The chairs at the wash basin are very comfy with a massage function. As with most salons nowadays, there was a head massage with the conditioner but this was the best one I’ve ever had and it lasted a good 15 minutes. I am very happy with my haircut, it wasn’t rushed and I was given good advice on how to better care for my hair. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new hairdresser.

I had a brilliant experience at Alta with Imogen who carefully and expertly dealt with an awful hair colour and cut I had at a different hair salon. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, it was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Imogen and the team at Alta.
