The salon feels a little crowded and as a result noisy and I'm not keen on the steep stairs for hair washing but that said it is bright, lively, friendly and clean and the service from Sam perfect.

I’ve been visiting Open for about 9 months now. Cece is a fabulous hairdresser. Always listens to what I want and gives great advice on what will suit me. Open has a lovely feel to it and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I met Sam this morning for my first appointment at Open, Harpenden. He was very welcoming and listened well to my ideas regarding my hair whilst giving me good advice. My hair feels great and I'm delighted with the result, thank you Sam!

I have had amazing experience at Open in the past, especially with Larissa. But today was disapointing. Usually the salon is busy, vibrant, energysing and welcoming. Today was very quiet and couldnt wait to go home. Even my hair were still half wet when i left. It may be miscommunication or my hope were too high or not explained well.
