As always, another 10/10 experience with Mel at En Route. Mel really listened to what I asked for & cares deeply about delivering just that. It’s a lovely, vibrant & welcoming salon, that invests in its team, a training session had just finished when I arrived & the staff were buzzing! Enthusiasm & commitment starts at the top & it’s evident in every member of staff.
