As ever coming to En Route is a pleasure. Service is so attentive. Sophie is an exceptional stylist who knows my hair very well. I want to mention the fabulous Lottie too, she is so confident and competent in her customer service skills, always updating me throughout my visit and she is a credit to the salon.
