A brilliant experience as always at my appointment today. This salon never fails to deliver on service. Jade provides a first class service and fully understands her client’s needs. I would never hesitate to recommend this outstanding salon.

As always, another 10/10 experience with Mel at En Route. Mel really listened to what I asked for & cares deeply about delivering just that. It’s a lovely, vibrant & welcoming salon, that invests in its team, a training session had just finished when I arrived & the staff were buzzing! Enthusiasm & commitment starts at the top & it’s evident in every member of staff.

I am Wanting to get rid of my red hair. I explained what my goal was and Sophie immediately got it. She explained to me her thoughts and the importance of doing it gradually to preserve the condition of my hair which was her most important factor. She also said I hadn’t to be afraid, if at any point during the change, I decided I wanted to change track or indeed, go back red and to just tell her. The whole afternoon was lovely and relaxing, I took my book and was kept hydrated with drinks both hot and cold. Finally one of the junior stylists, Evie, dried it for me. I asked if I could possibly have a bouncy blow dry and she did an amazing job with my thick, hard to tame hair. The whole experience was friendly, efficient and a real treat. Thank you Sophie and Evie, I cannot wait for round two!

Hair done by Amy, who us professional and friendly with the right measure. I feel very confident that she will do my hair just as I like it.Great to find a good stylist. Reception are always friendly and helpful mand Evie was lovely too.
