It would be nice if a hot drink was offered when we're waiting to be seen by our dedicated hairdresser.Salon was busy today,appointments running a bit late & all stylists were occupied, but receptionist still didn't offer to make a drink.She wasn't the usual receptionist & maybe needs to be told that customers do appreciate this small, but important service.
