Always a busy salon but the staff are always very pleasant and helpful and great stylists. The far end of the salon can tend to be a bit cold with the air-conditioning unit blowing directly at that end, but other than that I always come away feeling happy and pleased with my hair.

En-Route is a lively ,buzzing place! The stylists frequently go on courses and enter competitions , and I admire Melanie's staff training policy because it results in highly skilled and confident staff. If you can't get an appointment with your usual hairdresser, there will always be someone else who can take over and do a great job. The salon stocks good quality hair products and you can get advice about the best choices for your type of hair and the style you want to achieve. The atmosphere is friendly , the staff are courteous and you are well looked after. What's not to like?

Use of massage chairs as standard would be a nice gesture. Previous salon I visited did this and it was a nice little added touch.

A very relaxing and pleasant visit. Professional stylist who was genuinely interested in providing good service and customer satisfaction. This was a first visit and I will be happy to return again in the near future.
