Each time I have been there I have been kept waiting for about 20minutes, due to over booking. I do find that salons are not very customer service orinatated for existing customers. Shame, we all like to,feel valued customers.

Once more Hats Off to Mel and her fantastic team. The salon just buzzes, and the clients is always sure of a very proffesional but very friendly welcome. I feel very confident to recomend them, and indeed have done so.
