Very happy with all aspects of my experience at En Route. Slight wait at the start of my most recent appointment but this was due to my stylist returning by train from London after a prestigious competition. These experiences can only enhance the quality of skills in the salon and I would recommend the salon to everyone, particularly when I compare it with some of the salons I have had the misfortune to visit.

I used to feel quite anxious attending hair appointments, the ladies at En Route are lovely and put me at ease as well as talking through what I want from my cut and dye.
