I have always had a great service from team, they offer friendly advice whilst always being professional. The salon is a very special place, Mel and her fantastic team work hard to make everyone feel like they matter and that anyone can access the salon whether it be someone elderly or have a special need or requiment. En Route has a very special place in the community and I feel they should be very proud of the environment they have created. xx

Boringly the same feed back from me. Mel has a fantastic business and why?! Because her staff are well trained, and appreciated, and there is always a lively atmosphere. It All looks so easy, but it's all down to darned hard work. The slight increase in the prices are long overdue. Tricia
