I can’t recommend the salon enough! Mel has been doing my hair for years yet she always applies the same level of effort and attention to detail when colouring and cutting my hair. All the girls in the salon are friendly and very well trained which is evident when you see the great hair colours and styles they create. Also try the hair SPA experience it’s so relaxing and your hair feels amazing after it.

Great service, knowledgeable stylists. Realistic outcomes explained for my hair type and solutions proposed for other alternatives should the desired colour not be achievable. Which is completely expected for hair thats been dyed permanently black for many years. Some salons would just colour it and hope for the best, but not this one! So if you want a salon that considers everything you would like plus the safety of your hair then pick this one. X

I've been going to En Route for many years and have always had great service no matter who washed, coloured or cut my hair. But I value the salon even more now post Covid - being unable to get my haircut was awful!! Mel and the team take great care to look after everyone, and it really is a local village salon with city style. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have been coming to this salon for nearly a year now and I have always found the experience to be very warm, friendly and professional. The stylists take time to listen to your requests and give good advise. Appointments are always on time and you never feel rushed. The room for having your hair washed is so relaxing with the soft music and soothing images being projected onto the wall. I could stay in here for a lot longer! Since COVID I have visited twice and felt very safe and comfortable on both occasions. The salon has gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe. Thank you En Route!
