Staff at En Route are always very professional but friendly and consitently ready to accomodate clients' requests. I have been a customer at the salon since it opened and I am never disappointed with the service provided. The staff are continually encouraged to develop their own skills as evidenced by the many awards that different staff members have achieved both locally and nationally. The Manager of the salon is very hands-on and works to high standards. I have thoroughly recommended En Route to all my friends (the whole family already visit regularly) and will continue to do so.

I first came to En Route a few months ago after trying several salons in Wakefield, who didn't seem to understand my hair or what I wanted. Heather and now Francessca have been brilliant, patient and just listened to what I wanted and I am more than happy with it now. Thank You.
