The whole team make you feel very special and are very welcoming as soon as you walk in you relax. My sister and i went for our 30th birthday and were made to feel pampered with champagne and strawberries as soon as we walked in :-) I have had Lucy as mybeauty therapist twice now for facial and deep tissue massage and pedicure and she is highly recommended, absolutely fantastic I definitely recommend her.the whole team are brilliant but I can only comment on Lucy's work. My twin had a therapist yesterday who was also brilliant (annoying can't remember her name by was Russian) Xxx
