Greeted by a very polite and happy woman who made me feel instantly welcome. In asking for the toilets I was taken exactly to where they were located and she engaged in relevant conversations which I felt gave the best customer experience. The lady that carried out my treatment was also polite, thorough in communicating and I was very pleased with the treatment. All in all great staff, beautiful and relaxing environment.
