I had heard that red-light therapy could help with healing, rejuvenation and general well-being, but I had no idea about the amazing effect it would have on my mood and apparently on my sleep! As soon as I left the salon after my first session, I felt light and happy, like when the sun comes out after a week of grey weather. Then two days later I had my second treatment, and the night after that my sleep dramatically improved for no apparent reason. A few days later I found out by chance, when watching a YouTube video by Dr Berg on Melatonin, that Melatonin is not only the most powerful anti-oxidant of them all, but that we make it ourselves and infra red light helps us to generate it. It's vital for good sleep, but also helps protect us from all other kinds of cell damage including cancer. I really recommend red-light therapy for so many reasons and the Enhance salon delivers an excellent all round package, with a mini-moisturising facial afterwards and skin care advice if needed. The treatments were excellent value as I booked with an offer of 12 sessions for the price of 10. I cannot recommend too highly.
