Very good therapist, but I would prefer she used my name and not call me "my love" would also have preferred if she had introduced herself, lovely treatment but I don't know who carried it out.

My first visit to enhance today, I had a Hollywood hot wax by Hannah who was absolutely amazing and made me feel at ease. Beautiful salon and super lovely staff! Will definitely be returning in the future

The whole experience was fab! It was the first time I had anything done at Enhance, and it was flawless. The place was clean, well set up, nice and clean equipment, the girls were friendly and helpful, very service oriented and I was in and out in the expected time. Fortunately there had been a few cancellations (due to bad weather!) so the Receptionist was able to fit me in for a few other services right then and there, which is exactly what I needed. It was done swiftly and with a smile, and I got started right away even before my own appointment time. The prices are a bit higher than the "regular cheap nail place" but worth every penny. Sorry for going on a bit of a roll but it was a huge step up, night and day in fact, from other salons I have been to where the hygiene is questionable, and you are made to wait, or the staff are just unfocused. I will recommend this place (and already have) to all my girlfriends.

I was visiting my daughter in East Grinstead and this was a treat from her, the salon was very welcoming and friendly and the treatment (full body massage) was wonderful I loved it and wopuld certainly go again when down at my daughters.
